We are looking for a Training and Compliance Coordinator to work alongside this amazing Management team – you won’t be stuck behind your desk all day, every day. You’ll be working in all areas of the business to help ensure safety culture is maintained and developed, relevant training is delivered on time and in an appropriate way and building your career in H&S and Training.
Liaise with all levels within the business from Senior Manager’s to Safety Representatives on all health and safety issues.
Maintenance of the training matrix and identification of training requirements for all the team.
Working with the Manufacturing Managers, ensure world class training of employees is undertaken to support skills, development & succession planning.
Support the H&S function in the creation and review of the Risk Assessment programme.
To monitor and continue to keep accurate and up to date records, ensuring ongoing compliance in H&S and training needs.
Completion and distribution of monthly H&S Reports.
Help create and deliver weekly briefings, toolbox talks etc. as required.
Assist in the completion of accident and near miss investigations.
Assist in the delivery of all corrective actions and communications from accident and near miss investigations.
Lead the business drive of a Safety First culture, engaging all employees.
Experience & Skills Required
IOSH Managing Safely – Desirable
NEBOSH Certificate – Desirable
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and administration experience
Ability to communicate with all levels of the team.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday – 45 hours gross per week 40 hours worked, hours dependant upon needs of the business
