You will be responsible for generating new business, mainly targeting restaurant groups, pub and hotel chains, promoting our quality lines of fresh exotic chilled fish and seafood within the foodservice sector.
You will also need to develop new strategies and initiatives which maximise profitable sales and margin growth in line with targets. The role offers you the chance to move to a business where progression is available across a number of channels.
In order to succeed in this role it is important you have a proven track record of achieving fantastic sales performance within the seafood industry. A strong background in the foodservice and wholesale sectors is also important. Experience and knowledge of exotic seafood is an advantage. Ideally we are looking for someone capable of using existing contacts in a new role and capable of putting together a business plan to project progress forwards.
